No, you don’t need an account to check-out. But accounts are helpful for amongst others store billing information.

All prices displayed at our store are VAT inclusive. For corporate/retailers opportunities, please contact us via opportunity@windowopp.com.

We use PostNL and FedEx for our shipping. We don’t control their delivery. We ship/send the order usually the same day (when ordered before 17.00h pm CET).

Once an order is submitted, please contact us directly to change or cancel the order. As the order has been send/shipped, we are unable to change or cancel the order.

You may check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the upper right-hand corner of the site or in the footer and go to Orders. Here you’ll find all your orders and their status.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped.

Please contact our Team WindowOpp by emailing info@windowopp.com if you would like to return an item. Window of Opportunity does not accept any item sent back without prior consultation and a return number.

Items can be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment within 30 days of the delivery date. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn or altered. All tags must be attached and items need to be returned in original packaging. 

Upon receipt of returned goods, Window of Opportunity reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
